Construction is progressing on ONE Tampa, a 42-story residential tower rising at 507 North Ashley Drive in Downtown Tampa. Developed by Kolter Urban and designed by Adache Group Architects, the project will yield 225 condominium residences with layouts ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, including configurations with dens. Residences are expected to span approximately 1,100 to 4,000 square feet, with upper levels reserved for estate-sized homes and penthouses. The tower will feature floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces across all units, along with a two-level amenity program and interiors designed by ID & Design International that includes a social club room, wellness center, pet-friendly spaces, and workspace areas. Moss Construction is serving as the general contractor. Completion is anticipated in 2027.
