Sales efforts begin at Kolter Urban’s The Dillon project near Peachtree Battle Promenade.
Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban is planning to break ground this year on The Dillon, an 18-story luxury condo stack that will bring 144 homes to the 2400 block of Peachtree Road, next to a popular shopping center.
Marketing materials released as part of sales efforts in recent weeks show Dillon condos and amenity areas that toe the line between pared-down modern and cushy formal, with lavishness at top of mind. The amenities, in fact, will span two levels.
