Kolter Urban is launching its first foray into Atlanta with condominium tower Graydon Buckhead, located at 2520 Peachtree Road, according to a press release Monday.
Construction on the 47 residences will begin in early-2020 with expected completion by mid-2022.
“Similar to projects we have developed in other downtown markets across the Southeast, we see great potential for residential growth in Atlanta and are looking forward to delivering luxury residences offering access to the best Buckhead has to offer,” Bobby Julien, chief executive officer of the Kolter Group, said in the release.
