BUCKHEAD, GA — After nearly a year of breaking ground, the formwork on The Dillon Buckhead is halfway complete, putting plans for the new property ahead of schedule.
Aaron Taulbee, development executive at Kolter Urban, told Patch Thursday the 18-story high-rise condos are being built to meet a demand in Buckhead.
Under the strategic guidance of Kolter’s CEO, Bobby Julien, the project is not only keeping pace with the evolving real estate landscape but is also surpassing milestones, contributing to the vibrant growth of Buckhead.
