NAPLES, FLA. – September 10, 2026 – Kolter Urban and BH Group have secured $197 million in construction financing for Olana Naples from affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO) and affiliates of BDT & MSD Partners.
The financing represents an important step forward for Olana as the project moves into construction, while underscoring continued confidence in Naples’ ultra-luxury residential market. With a highly limited collection of estate-scale residences, Olana reflects Kolter Urban and BH Group’s shared vision for delivering exceptional design, privacy and beachfront living in one of Florida’s most sought-after coastal destinations.
Set directly along the beachfront in Naples, Olana will feature just 12 estate-style residences, with groundbreaking planned for this fall. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects, with interiors by New York-based Champalimaud Design, each residence encompasses approximately 10,000 square feet and is oriented around 80 feet of uninterrupted beachfront views, expansive outdoor living and an extensive collection of private wellness amenities.
