Construction is underway on a high-rise condominium tower inside one of Atlanta’s swankiest business districts.
Florida-based luxury condo developer Kolter Urban has broken ground on Elyse Buckhead, per an April 8 news release from the firm.
Rising at 102 West Paces Ferry Road steps away from the St. Regis Atlanta hotel, the project reflects the company’s continued investment into the Atlanta market, leveraging the momentum from its first two condo developments in the city: Graydon Buckhead and The Dillon.
The developer sold the last residence inside its Graydon development in late 2023, according to previous Atlanta Business Chronicle reporting.
