Kolter Urban is set to commence construction on 3300 Gulf Shore, a luxury waterfront condominium development located at 3300 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples, Florida. The project will feature two eight-story towers comprising 51 residences, with floor plans ranging from 2,000 to 7,500 square feet. Starting prices for the units are anticipated to begin at $3.7 million.
The development will offer a suite of upscale amenities, including two swimming pools and a 16-slip marina providing direct access to Moorings Bay. Additional communal features will encompass a fitness center, social lounge, and entertainment spaces designed to enhance the resident experience.
In early 2025, Kolter Urban acquired the 3.07-acre site for $92.5 million, marking a significant investment in the Naples real estate market. The property, formerly home to the Executive Club—a four-story condominium built in 1969—was demolished in 2023 to make way for the new development.
MHK Architecture, a Naples-based firm, is serving as the architect for the project. The design emphasizes seamless indoor-outdoor living, with expansive terraces offering panoramic views of the bay and Gulf.
