Sr. Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Ricardo’s responsibilities include the entitlement process, overall design management, construction management, financial reporting, communication with City and County administrators, and assist in the sales & marketing process as needed.

His involvement in all project phases including: FF&E implementation, Association setup, Personnel selection, and delivery of sold units permits Mr. Nunez to efficiently manage the Developer turn over process.

Ricardo’s recent delivery for Kolter Urban is ONE St. Petersburg, a 253-unit residential tower.
