Development Manager

As Development Manager, Rafael works closely with the GC, Design Team and Municipality throughout the project lifecycle to ensure schedule and budget are maintained and Kolter quality standards are met or exceeded upon delivery. Rafael uses his diverse experience and unique skill to support the Atlanta Team in developing and expanding Kolter’s market presence and reputation.

Prior to joining Kolter, Rafael worked as a GC Project Manager on high-profile high-rise multifamily projects in New York City and Baltimore. Rafael has an MS in Building Construction Science and Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Boston University.
