Sr. Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Kolter Urban, Adam specializes in strategic project management and development. He is responsible for the Saltaire St. Petersburg condominium development project. Adam’s goals are to keep projects on schedule, maintain objectives and deliver a residential address that exceeds expectations.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of West Florida and is a Florida Certified General Contractor. He has over 30 years of construction experience building high-rise offices and condominium buildings.
