Owner's Representative

As an owner’s representative at KOLTER URBAN, Paul is responsible for managing the Design Professionals and General Contractors performing work on Kolter Urban projects. Paul also provides project progress reports to senior management to aid in the provisioning and forecasting of required resources specific to the assigned project.

Paul has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with the majority of those years as a Project Manager for a General Contractor. Projects completed include Hospitality, Education, Municipal and residential. Paul is a LEED accredited professional and attended SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry where he studied Construction Management.
